Hundreds of people in Madrid join a demonstration campaigning for the survival of bees in Spain.

Filmed on January 31, activists are seen wearing beekeeping suits demanding the government prohibit toxic pesticides, clear labelling of honey and for measures to be taken against the Asian wasp.

The survival of a large part of the primary sector that needs pollination to obtain profitable crops is at stake and the desertification of the Iberian Peninsula is also at stake due to the elimination of a large part of pollinators.
The demands that beekeepers ask of the new government are raised in 4 manifestos that are
* The fight against Vespa Velutina or Asian wasp.
* Prohibition of all toxic pesticides for bees and other pollinators.
* For a clear labeling of honey.
* For the health of bees
