The man comes from Khanh Hoa province is a street chef. His small restaurant sells noodle dishes. The restaurant is famous for its flying noodles cooked by the man. After boiling the noodles, the man will toss the flying noodles over his head and use a bowl on his head to catch the noodles. Each bowl of noodles sells for 1 USD.
Customers who came to his restaurant were very excited to see the man perform.
