baby Golden Langur grieves at mother’s corpse trying to wake her up in the northeast Indian state of Assam
The incident took place on February 12 at 3 p.m, near Kakoijana reserved forest in Bongaigaon district.
The video shows, a child monkey moving around and trying to wake her mother Golden Langur who is dead, while sitting on her.
According to the reports, Gee’s Golden Langur is an old world monkey found in western parts of Assam.
The mother Golden Langur was electrocuted.
