During the Valentine's Day, a man in Padang tried to commit suicide by jumping off the top of the Andalas highway bridge, Padang 15 February 2020.


it is suspected that the man is stressed because of a breakup with his partner and threatens to melomoat from the top of the bridge which has a height of 20 meters to the river flood canal city of Padang in dry conditions.


the suicide attempt can be frustrated by an online transportation driver who is determined to try to climb to the top of the bridge by trying to release the man from the hanger. The man who immediately collapsed was rushed to the nearest hospital in the area.

riko rescue city of Padang said "he had tried to coordinate with the man to get down but the corodination that lasted for 1 hour was responded to and the lria still threatened to plunge down"
