Taxi driver stuck in traffic jam does sit-ups to pass the time
A taxi driver stuck in a traffic jam did SIT-UPS in the front seat to the pass the time.
The cabbie was caught in the notoriously bad gridlocked rush-hour traffic in Bangkok, Thailand, on February 13 at around 6:30pm local time.
But rather than idly sit by and wait, or get stressed by the congestion, the driver used the time productively by doing exercises.
Footage from a passenger in a car next to the pink taxi shows how the driver reclined the front seat, put his hands behind his head and did intense sit-ups.
Onlooker Book Chaoguay counted the cabbie doing more than 20 of the exercises, which work out the abs and neck muscles.
Book said: ''The traffic was really bad and this taxi driver was using the time to do sit-ups. It was so funny. Me and my girlfriend and were laughing when we saw what that he was exercising.
''Suddenly the traffic jam turned him into an athlete, he was not just a taxi driver anymore.''
