A fast-food restaurant in Afghanistan has become the first in the country to use a robot to serve customers.

Owners of Times Fast Food in Kabul imported the robot from Japan last month and say that customers are fascinated by the new technology.

The robot, named Timea, can even say a few words in the local language, Dari.

In Kabul's city mall a restraunt named Times Fast food had introced a robotic waitress named Timea . Restraunt Marketing Manager Mohammad Shabeer tells that they have imported this humanoid robot last month from Japan . Coustomers are keen and intrested to see robotic waitress serving food and thanking them in Dari Language .The waitress wearing a hijab is attracting coustomers for the restraunt .
There is a touch panel on the body of robot with help of that coustomer can place the order .
