Passengers are covered in dirt while travelling along a dusty road. Padoukna Loungsyyotha and friends took day trip in the back of pick-up truck to in Xayaboury in northern Laos on February 9. But they hadn't realised how difficult the terrain was and they were covered in the brown dust from the undeveloped country roads. Paduokna said they spent four hours breathing in the dust and dirt from roads. The video shows that all parts of the passengers' bodies, cloths and bags were smothered in the dirt. Padoukna said: "The dust we were facing was way much worse than PM2.5 air pollution. After four hours of travelling, we finally survived." Laos is a remote, land-locked communist country which borders Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, China and Burma. Travelling in the back of pickup trucks is a common way for locals to get around in Southeast Asia.
