Spark from vehicle sets truck driver ablaze at filling station in Southern India, rushed to the hospital
A truck driver sustained severe burns while refilling at a petrol stop in the northern state of Tamil Nadu.
The incident took at Poonamallee town, Chennai on February 22, 6:55 AM.
The visuals show the driver refilling his truck when a spark from the vehicle sets him ablaze.
He is seen running around crying for help
According to the reports, Rajesh Kumar, 33 hails from Kerai Sareim, Uttar Pradesh.
He works at a private transport company.
The driver suffered burns on his face, chest, and thighs.
He was shifted to a nearby hospital where his condition is said to be stable.
