In winter, the lake is covered with crystal clear ice.
In April it begins to change inside.
Inside a large ice floe, ice breaks into small particles.
It forms beautiful patterns and pops.
More cracks also form and they do not have time to close with ice.
Because the day become long, the sun is hot, and the days temperature is rise.
There are new cracks appear every day on the ice.
They will move apart, become wide and can be covered by snow.
Now it’s quite safe, because they are narrow and you can fall through only with your foot, but not with your whole body.
