Woman runs across Rt. 4 in Hackensack NJ during traffic stop chased and tackled by officer before arrest
Driving home from work when I suddenly notice all of the traffic ahead of me on Rt. 4 in Hackensack NJ coming to a stop. I assume they are just rubber necking to watch a traffic stop on the eastbound side of Rt. 4 when suddenly a young woman hops over the median and runs across the westbound side of the highway right in front of me, followed quickly by the office conducting the traffic stop. Not seen in the footage was the woman struggling to find a way over the hedgerow lining the highway and being almost immediately taken down to the ground and arrested by the officer.
