Big Sioux River Falls foam get carried away in strong and gusty winds (Part 1)
Local videographer Justin Frantzen captured these images of a large build of of foam at the falls on the Big Sioux River. In unseasonably warm temperatures foam builds up as the snow and ice melt and gets carried away from the water by the strong, gusty winds.
