Like icing on a cake. Weird drifts and a look inside a snow tube in rare English snow
Local photographer Mark Boardman captured this footage during the infamous Beast from the East winter of March 2018
Taken in the small village of Rainow in the Peak District, the heavy snow and strong winds had sculpted the snow creating intriguing drifts, icing like mounds and we even manage to see inside an tube of snow and ice. The temperature was well below freezing and the easterly winds were still blowing strong!
