Dramatic footage shows accused escaping from police custody through toilet window in Mumbai
A criminal who was in the police custody escaped by getting out of the building through a narrow window in the west Indian state of Maharashtra.
The incident took place at Shivaji Nagar Police Station of Mumbai on February 29.
The video shows, the accused escaping from the station by climbing on the building slab and getting down from the building.
According to the reports, the accused requested the cops that he wanted to use the toilet.
When the cop was waiting for him outside the toilet the criminal managed to get out of the building through the toilet window and get down.
The neighbors, however, took video and alerted the cops.
The criminal managed to escape.
Cops are further investigating the case.
