A newly wedded couple came in procession in bullock cart was the talk of town in Gobichettipayalam of Coimbatore District.

The bridegroom Baraniprakash and Bride Subashini took a different vehicle for their wedding procession. That's the bullock cart
They traveled in the bullock cart for more than 10kms from the temple to the wedding venue. Both were from the agricultural family and hence they took this opportunity to create awareness on Agriculture as said by the relative s of the family. People saw the procession and they took selfie with the newly weds with a great enthusiasm. "Agriculture is fading away even though we are educated and working in MNC s we love our farm and farming and so we took this opportunity to educate the educated on farming" said the bride.
