Amidst coronavirus outbreak foreign tourists celebrate Holi in north India
Amidst the wide-spread outbreak of coronavirus across India, foreign nationals play Holi, the festival of colors in northern India.
The ongoing Yoga Festival in Rishikesh brought people from 73 countries around the world to celebrate Holi together and to give a message of mutual harmony in the times of Coronavirus outbreak across the nation.
The incident took place on March 05 at Parmarth Ashram in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
The video shows, a large of foreign tourists savoring the essence of Holi and indulging in applying colors on each other.
Through Holi, they want to spread the message of love, unity and harmony amidst the coronavirus scare across the globe.
Swami Chidanand Saraswati, the president of the Parmarth Ashram can also be seen dancing to the music along with the massive crowd.
"Today when there is a panic of coronavirus all over the world, people of 73 countries have come together to play Holi. This should give out a positive message to the world, to spread love and compassion among all humans. We also pray for the affected people and wish for their speedy recovery," he said.
