This is the moment a motorcycle rider crashed into the back of a car while seemingly using an app on his smartphone while riding. The man was travelling along the busy EDSA road in Manila, the Philippines, when he smashed into the back of the grey SUV on March 3. Dashcam footage from the car in front of the accident shows the man's smartphone and headphones scatter across the ground. He picked himself up and emerged relatively unscathed. However, onlooker Hussein Baraguir said the rider crashed into the car because he wasn't concentrating on the road. ''He had his smartphone attached to the front of the bike and was using an app while he was riding,'' said the motorist.
