In an episode of relaxation, which seems odd as Europe and the USA shut themselves up, hongkongers went out in numbers on Sunday 15 March 2020. Despite fears of contamination by the Wuhan coronavirus that kept most of Europe and the USA reeling under efforts to impose curfews of some sort, Hong Kong residents seem to believe the worst is over.

People went to Telford Gardens mall, where sanitizers were on sale in large quantities, played around in Choi Hung Estate unmasked, and even rushed to the Apple Store of Festival Walk, or shopped in Mongkok. Hong Kong and China are the only places where Apple has kept its stores open, having shut them down everywhere else to avoid contamination by the Wuhan Coronavirus.
