CCTV captures bizarre moment man drenches himself in milk 'for TikTok video'
This was the bizarre moment CCTV captured a man in the middle of a road drench himself in milk on March 16.
Filmed in Burlington, Vermont it is was alleged the man was creating content that could be used for the social media site TikTok.
The footage shows the man smash two jugs of milk together then proceed to pour the contents on himself.
The filmer explained: "Security camera captures neighbor walking into the street and smashing two milk jugs together.
"He then proceeds to pour milk over himself and throw the empty jugs.
"The reasoning is unconfirmed but appears to have been done to produce content for the social media platform TikTok.
"This happened during grocery shortages due to panic surrounding coronavirus."
They later told Newsflare: "My friend sent me a text telling me our neighbors just poured milk all over themselves.
"I was confused so I checked my security camera app.
"The footage was very bizarre and frustrating because I had just tried to purchase milk at a grocery store and they were running extremely low."
