Personal trainer goes through her self-isolation workout using canned food
A personal trainer based in Los Angeles demonstrates a few exercises people can do in self-isolation that only require items found at home, such as tinned food.
Laura Ghiacy, orginally from the UK, goes through her squat push press, lateral raise lunges, oblique twist punches and seated heel raises which she has incorporated tinned food into.
Laura told Newsflare: "As most of us are stuck at home in self-isolation thanks to the coronavirus, I have created some at-home workouts that only require items that you already have at home... like tins of food!"
This workout was filmed on March 18.
