An unexpected landslide struck the national highway that left several passengers and vehicles stranded in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The traffic along the 300 km long Jammu-Srinagar national highway came to a complete stand-still for hours.

The incident took place at Hingni in Ramsoo on March 21, 2020.

According to sources, a massive landslide and boulders suddenly collapsed upon the road thereby halting hundreds of Jammu bound vehicles.

The incident left more than 100 passengers stranded on the highway.
