An exhibition company is helping to provide extra rooms for hospitals in Thailand as they prepare to deal with the coronavirus pandemic.

Puwadon Doungrat, owner of the J Add booth setup company, is helping to build more rooms and isolation panels to public hospitals for free.

He decided to provide his company's resources with no charge, despite himself having suffered economically because of the Covid-19 outbreak.

The company has been supporting the hospitals to increase the patients' accommodations by constructing more rooms, isolation dividers, and extra working spaces, using their knowledge and experience in booth setting up commerce.

The company started installing rooms at public hospitals in Bangkok, central Thailand first, especially the hospitals for covid-19 infected cases at the Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute.

Mr Puwadon said he has also started accepting materials as a form of payment as he can use this in his donations to hospitals.
