A very quiet M25 in Hertfordshire

The video was shot at 6 pm on a lovely March spring evening from a footbridge close to St. Albans over the M25 between Junction 21A and Junction 22 in the easterly direction towards Dartford tunnel. The sun was just starting to set and there was a nice hue to the skyline. Normally at this time, the motorway is at a standstill or the traffic is heavy and slow. It shows traffic moving freely and the sun was starting to set. It shows the massive impact of the lockdown in the UK and the massive reduction of commuter traffic, Normally during Rush Hour most vehicles are cars, but there were many more trucks than usual. This shows how the lockdown has reduced commuter journeys but also helping trucks make important deliveries faster and safer. M25, Coronavirus, St.Albans
