B&Q maintain social distance so they can carry on serving customers via click and collect
B&Q stores are closed with customers only allowed to pick up click and collect orders from the car park
We placed an order for next day click and collect and received a call in advance asking what our numberplate was and then they told us to pull up in a bay when we arrive to collect.
They come and check ID through the window and then bring the product out. They leave it at the front of your car or if you have a lot of stuff then at the back by the boot.
