The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to enforce strict quarantine restrictions in a round-the-clock regime in Marneuli and Bolnisi municipalities.

Police checkpoints were arranged on the main roads of the mentioned municipalities after the government imposed quarantine restrictions. Mobile groups constantly monitor the bypass routes. Police officers conduct intensive patrolling activities to ensure safe environment in the villages and towns of the municipalities.In addition to the police forces, the quarantine area is also being monitored by drones of the Emergency Situations Management Service, operated by respective police units.

At this moment, situation in the mentioned locations is stable and fully under control.
