A group flouting social distancing guidelines and sharing a joint during the height of New York's coronavirus crisis
This video was filmed on Avenue C in Manhattan on the evening of April 2, 2020, during the height of NYC's coronavirus emergency. Despite the lockdown and social distancing guidelines being in place for over 2 weeks, groups of friends are still hanging on the street at night, huddled together, trading spit and passing the virus onto each other before going back to their homes and infecting older and more vulnerable members of their families. I see this all night, every night on my block and others. This kind of behavior is happening all over New York and is helping drive the explosion in cases and deaths. The NYPD are not doing anything to break up groups like this.
