This driver had a narrow escape when a loose bumper flew into his windshield and almost hit him.

Mr.Zhang was driving on an expressway near Shaoxing City in Zhejiang province in China when suddenly he heard a slap. A black iron bar pierced through the windshield, stopping at less than 2 centimetres away from his head.

The driver then called the police to the scene and showed him the damaged car.

According to the investigation by traffic police, the black bar appeared to be a rear bumper of a truck. A black car drove over the bumper lying on the road, then it bounced up and flew towards Mr. Zhang’s car.

The video was filmed on March 26th in the morning and provided by the local traffic police.
