A postal worker has died after crashing his mail truck into a liquor store in San Diego on Tuesday (April 7).

Footage filmed around 11:00 a.m. showed emergency crews at the scene where the mail truck crashed into the liquor store.

Reports suggest the postal worker may have suffered from a heart attack.

A male Postal Worker was driving eastbound on Jamacha Blvd. and may have suffered a heart attack.
His Postal truck crossed into westbound lanes and off of the roadway, striking a Jeep Cherokee with a man and his dog inside.
The truck then went into the Liquor store and almost hit a customer and the owner of the store.
Firefighters had to extricate the victim and then performed CPR.
The Postal worker was rushed to a local hospital in CPR status.
The customer had minor injuries and was also transported to a local hospital.
The County Building Inspector has been called in to review the damage.
