This was a terrible multi-car accident on 141 and Eastside Highway. (Near the Military armory). At least 3 cars involved. A tire from the black car flew into the air and rolled down the highway. The car then spun around and hit a guard rail then hit another. The driver had a bit of blood but survived. Later several men from a car behind his approached, they seemed to get into an argument. There car was probably hit, police spoke to them later.
A third car was in front of the car that lost the tire. They may have been involved in the accident. A 4th car was also parked down the street and police seem to talk to them. I am not sure if they were officers or victims. No deaths reported, and not sure of the medical status of the victims.
Multiple ambulances, police cars and fire enginres were on the scene.
