Incredible footage shows leopard with fresh kill effortlessly climb up tree in South Africa
This is the incredible moment a leopard climbed a tree with its freshly killed prey in its jaws at a game reserve in South Africa.
Filmed by Ashok Nellikunja, the incident took place at the Kruger National Park on March 24.
The 15-year-old leopard, known as Tingana, scaled the tree with an impala it had recently killed.
According to reports, the big cat enjoys a huge fan following and is considered one of the most ferocious leopards residing at the game reserve.
Leopards often carry their prey off the ground in order to keep the food safe from other predators.
Being good climbers, the animal also scales trees to get rest during the daytime.
