This is the shocking moment a man throws a bottle of water at a cyclist on a street near Regent's Park, London.

Around 20 minutes earlier Mike, the cyclist, had confronted the man about being on his phone while driving a vehicle.

Mike records himself chasing after the man on the streets of Marylebone. Later in the video, Mike identifies the man's vehicle using the registration number and reports the incident to the police.

He told Newsflare: "The police got back to me after I made a report, firstly via telephone and then made a statement in person to MPS Royal Parks.

"The police officer who dealt with the case told me that the man was woken at home by police, including his family. He was interviewed and very nervous about it all. His dad was not impressed with him.

"The police, after some discussion, chose the route of offering him a Penalty Notices for Disorder of £90."

The dramatic go-pro footage was captured on November 7.

A man was filmed using his phone in his car in Regent's Park. 20 minutes later he returned and threw water on the person who filmed in, which resulted in a chase, a call to police. The man was traced and later woken up by police at his home.
