Doctors successfully reattached an ASI’s hand chopped off in an attack by a group of Nihangs in Punjab’s Patiala on Sunday, Assistant Sub-Inspector Harjeet Singh’s hand was cut with a sword while three other Punjab policemen and a mandi official sustained injuries According to the police, a group of five Nihangs, armed with swords and iron rods, were travelling in a vehicle and they were asked to stop at a vegetable market by Mandi board officials
