The high mortality rate of coronavirus victims in Indonesia has made coffin production in a number of industrial houses increase.

Indusri Gateway Home Manufacturing Manager Andri Caskets said, crates produced in the place are now increasingly in demand amid the co-19 pandemic.

The coffin produced in the industrial home also made coffins specifically for covid-19 victims.

"Before entering the corpse of the covid-19 victim, the body was first entered into the body bag by the hospital, then the nurse began to enter the body into a crate that had been coated with aluminum foil and the like in the coffin, then after the corpse was already inside the coffin, the coffin was tightly closed using a screw, then proceed with the process of crafting a coffin, "said Andri.

Until now, the number of positive cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia continues to increase to this day.

Today, the total number of positive coronavirus cases in Indonesia is 6,575 patients. While the death toll has fallen to 582.

The total number of positive Covid-19 patients who recovered was 686 people.
