A stag Sambar deer enjoys a mud bath in northwestern India
To beat the heat, a stag Sambar deer was found enjoying a mud bath in the northwestern Indian state of Rajasthan.
The incident took place at the Ranthambore National Park, located in Sawai Madhopur district, on November 11, 2019.

Visual shows a male deer gleefully playing in the mud for a long time.
After enjoying the mud bath, the deer gets up and walks away.
Recalling the incident, Garg told Newslions Media Network, “We were waiting patiently for a tiger after we heard some alarm calls and I found this Sambar deer stag enjoying the mud bath on the other side and decided to wait for the tiger and record the mud bath activity of this deer.’’
