This is the touching moment a little girl from the UK with a rare form of liver disease ran 2.6 miles to raise money for charity on Sunday (April 26th).

Ada Butterfield from Allerton Bywater decided to take on the #TwoPointSixChallenge after family members couldn't compete in the London Marathon, which was cancelled due to the coronavirus.

Ada ran the 2.6-miles with her parents Emma & Michael Butterfield - cheered on by friends, neighbours and other well-wishers who lined the route

The touching event raised money for the Children's Liver Disease Foundation.

This is the moment a 5 year old girl with a rare type of liver disease runs 2.6 miles to raise money for charity. Ada Butterfield from Allerton Bywater decided to take on the TwoPointSixChallenge, after some of her family members were supposed to be competing in todays London Marathon, but due to the Cornona Virus outbreak, the event had to be cancelled and Ada wanted to say thank you to The Childrens Liver Disease Foundation who have helped her by raising money. Ada ran the 2.6 miles with her parents Emma & Michael Butterfield of Robinson Street in Allerton Bywater. Supporters along the route clapped cheered, banged pans and donated to Ada as she ran around her home village.
