A man shares his daily exercise regime with 70,000 strangers despite lockdown rules - after videos of his walks became a surprise social media video hit. Tim Lindon, 41, runs the Facebook page for his stunning Norfolk village, Scratby - which would usually be overrun with tourists at this time of year. He shares tips for tourists and news for locals - but aware people have cancelled holidays or unable to get out, he decided to upload a movie from one of his walks. It was a surprise hit - attracting hundreds of views - so he decided to keep filming and uploading his walks of the stunning Norfolk coast.
