Customers queue to buy Doughnuts and essential items
Customers queued in the rain during the coronavirus lockdown to buy eggs, flour and DOUGHNUTS. Max Poynton co owner of Project D doughnut company in Burton Derby said that he began providing the service in pub car parks after an increase in demand. He also says that customers can treat their children to doughnuts for behaving for the last 2 months whilst collecting items such as eggs, flour and yeast. He began the project after finding these essential items were not available in stores.
