A large queue of customers stretched down a street on Thursday 30th April. Customers waited in line to get their hands of doughnuts and essential items such as eggs, flour and yeast.

Co-Owner of Project Doughnut, Max Poynton says he began the pop up shop at different location after his delivery service became to busy. He still delivers essential items such as eggs and flour to vulnerable people and donates food to a derby food bank.

Despite the coronavirus lock down a large number of people turned out to get their hands although Mr Poynton says he had put measures in to try ensure customers obeyed social distancing rules.

The pop up shop was at the Coach and Horses pub car park in Draycott, Derbyshire, UK.
