This rescued miniature poodle harmonises with a five-year-old girl playing a slide whistle at their home in Washington.

Tzivia is seen playing the musical instrument as Violet begins her high-pitched howls to the tune of the whistle.

Mum and filmer told Newsflare: "My 5-year-old daughter Tzivia was playing with her musical instruments, and as soon as she started playing her slide whistle, Violet ran up and started to howl. She was singing along! We couldn't believe how adorable it was.

"We gave treats to Violet to let her know how awesome we thought it was. All week, we've been trying it out, pulling out the slide whistle, and every time she sings! So I had to get a video! Adorable and really cheering us up while we stay home during our state's Stay at Home order."
