This footage shows the moment the hunter became the hunted as a lioness was left cowering up a tree when a herd of buffalo passed through the area.

Filmed in Nairobi National Park on April 13 a lioness is seen taking refuge in a tree after a group of large buffalo chased her up a tree.

As the big cat climbed down a few of the buffalo herd started to chase her off.

In Nairobi National Park a lioness was trying to hunt some buffaloes that were in herd which is quite dangerous. She was finally chased by some big males and she had to climb to a tree to escape. She had to stay there quite long because the buffaloes stayed under the tree eating quietly and smelling her sometimes. When finally she could go down some buffaloes immediatly came to chase her away. She gad to run far....
