Thug cop caught battering a teenage boy on CCTV
A thug cop who was filmed battering a teenage boy has been suspended after fresh CCTV shows him beating a black cyclist on a police car a day earlier.
The officer is seen dragging the 44-year-old man off his bicycle in the middle of the street.
The cop was seen grappling with the youngster in Melbourne Avenue in Newton, Birmingham, at 5pm on April 21.
