Royalist Town Crier Tony Appleton proclaims a tribute to mark 75th anniversary of VE Day at the Cenotaph, Rainsford Road, Chelmsford, outside the Chelmsford City Council main office, The Civic Centre, as a tribute to mark 75th anniversary of VE Day. Mr Appleton, who served in the Royal Navy as a Boy Sailor, wears two medals on his Town Crier's uniform, to mark his service in the Korean War and the Suez Crisis.
