This is the heartbreaking moment a Husky mother dog buried her dead puppy with a sorrowful look in her eyes.

Footage was taken by the owner of a local cafe when he noticed his pet taking its puppy under the tree one by one in his backyard in Vientiane, Laos on April 21.

In the video, the mother moggy took the little puppy in its mouth while using its paws digging a small hole to place the dead puppy in it.

The owner, who is heard talking to the dog, said that the mother pooch was not that healthy before it gave birth to its five puppies but there were only two puppies that survived.

He said: "This is one of her dead puppies. Seeing my beloved dog taking the dead babies to the hole one by one makes my heart break."
