Baby Turtles Hatch And Walk Into Sea On Thai Island
Amazing footage shows baby green sea turtles hatching from eggs and swim to the sea.
The mother green sea turtle was spotted earlier this year when it came up shore to lay the eggs in the Koh Samui island of Surat Thani, southern Thailand.
Footage from hotel worker Kittipong Muenpromsan shows the baby turtles hatching from the eggs on April 17, almost two months after the pregnant sea turtle first appeared.
The baby reptiles were recorded paddling in the sand and into the sea.
Residents were amazed by the scene and are expecting the babies from the other nesting spots to hatch soon.
