Traveller encounters two peacocks strolling on forest in northern India
A video has emerged of two peacocks strolling on a jungle in northern India's Uttarakhand.
The incident took place at Mohand Range of Rajaji Tiger Reserve in Dehradun on May 8.
The video was shot by Deepak Kandwal, a traveller who was on his way to his native village from Rishikesh.
On the way, he encountered the peacock duo strolling and dancing in the middle of the forest trail.
The peacocks seemed unperturbed by his presence and allowed him to venture closer to them for the video.
"It seems like one of them [the peacock] was a bit upset and the other one was trying to console it," Kandwal told Newslions Media Network.
