If you’re serious about your fizz then you need to get your hands on a carbonator. This siphon is my favourite as it can be used for both carbonation and nitrogen infusing. We’re carbonating ginger switchel in this video. You can also fizz up your kefir and kombucha. However do not try this in a Soda Stream as it will explode everywhere as you can only put water in Soda Stream.
A carbonator can handle wine, cocktails, fruit & green teas, in strained citrus juice and some fruit juices like raspberry and tomato.
