Minibus almost runs over woman who fell off mobility scooter in China
A minibus almost ran over a woman who fell off of a mobility scooter in southwestern China.
The terrifying video, shot in Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province on May 9, shows a woman being thrown off of a mobility scooter and falling in front of an oncoming minibus.
The mobility scooter driver and a truck driver ran to check the woman and asked the minibus driver to reverse before helping the woman to get back to her feet.
Fortunately, the minibus braked in time and did not run the woman over. She only suffered minor scratches.
The mobility scooter driver named Sun was blamed for the incident. Police fined Sun and the woman named Dong, while told them off.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
