Chinese policeman hops over glass railing to stop escalator after elderly woman falls over on it
A policeman jumped over a glass railing to stop an escalator at a train station after an elderly woman fell down on it in eastern China.
The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Hefei in Anhui Province on May 17, shows an old woman suddenly falling backwards onto an escalator at Yalinchong Metro Station.
A policeman noticing the incident jumped over the glass railing immediately to stop the escalator in just five seconds.
Fortunately, the old woman was not injured seriously.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
