Greece shows the way to exit lockdown as on Monday measures will be lifted for cafeterias, bars and restaurants to reopen, meanwhile on Saturday night hundreds of impatient outgoers gathered outside "take away" shops to buy alcohol and have some fun. Thessaloniki is well known for its nightlife and this can be seen even in pandemic times like this we live in. Footage also shows cars and motorcycle drivers pass by the spot driving carefully, as people no longer fit on the sidewalks and have taken to the streets, always with a cocktail in hand.
