Videos by Sheila Delaney. I am a long time resident of south Minneapolis. I am an activist and am on the Boards of Directors of The Ostara Initiative and We Rise Leadership Collective - Ostara provides Doula Services to incarcerated women in Minnesota and Alabama and We Rise supports leadership development of formerly incarcerated women. All of these videos were taken on the route from where George Floyd was killed (38th &Chicago) to the Third Precinct ( Lake and Minnehaha Avenue). All taken between 5:15- 7:30 PM CST. I am involved in local politics and supported and support our Mayor Jacob Frey. Regarding what was happening all I can saw is that the pain and anxiety was palpable and I am outraged that the Minneapolis Police reacted to the protest in the manner they did. It was all horrible.
