A video captures the first stroll of a baby bear born inside a wildlife enclosure in northern India's Himachal Pradesh.

The visual came out of Renuka Wildlife Park in Nahan of Sirmaur District on May 29.

According to reports, the female bear Babli gave birth to a male infant in the enclosure of Shri Renuka Ji Safari.

The forest department officials had built a cave inside the enclosure so that the infants can get a natural environment while growing up.

Babli had quarantined herself from March 9 inside the cave without food or water.

An attempt was made to give her fruits, however, the mother did not eat.

For the next few months, the staff barely saw Babli coming out of the cave.

They presume the baby might have been born between March 9 to May 25.

After several days, the little bear came out for a walk outside the enclosure.

The video shows the baby bear taking its first stroll outside the cave where he was born.

The baby looks healthy and is believed to be two months old.

According to the officials, the male bear eats his newborn and further precautions are necessary to keep the mother and the baby safe.

The safari that has been deserted now seems lively in the presence of the newborn, officials claimed.
